       BZA-2006-02 - Ivan M. III & Wendy Cowger and Justin & Angela Boyton - Administrative Appeal - An Administrative Appeal of a decision of the Town of Green Zoning Administrator, such decision being that the operation of a business in a Residential District, R-1, by a non-resident of the structure is a violation of the Town of Bowling Green Zoning Ordinance Article II, Section 126-3 and Article IV, Sections 7 and 9. The property in question is located at 160 South Main Street, Tax Map Parcel 43A4-5-2-4, such property having an R-1 zoning designation.
